Look Back At It (ACM Style)

Las Vegas is going to be buzzing this weekend, all for the Academy of Country Music Awards. With the ACM's upon us, why not take a moment and look back on some of our favorite looks from years past?

Thomas Rhett and Lauren Akins

Pregnant with their beautiful daughter Ada James, Lauren is absolutely glowing. Her hair is styled in a low pony, with pieces that frame her face. Her champagne, sequin dress is absolutely stunning, and we liked that she let that be the show stopper by keeping the accessorizing to a minimum. We can't forget to mention how handsome Thomas Rhett looks in an all black get up.

Maren Morris

We can not get over this color! The emerald green is such a statement, and Maren absolutely rocked it. The beaded belt, and sequin detailing are so simple, yet so stunning. Plus, who else can rock a deep leg slit like Maren, She shows off her toned leg while remaining elegant and classy. The hair style is trendy, and very complimentary.

Carrie Underwood

I have to say this may be our favorite red carpet look to date. Carrie stole the show with this look. Her gown is incredible, with nude tulle, and silver beading head to toe. I love that the material is sheer, but everything that needs to be covered is by the detailing. Such a masterpiece!

Jana Kramer

This look is just HOT! This form fitting, sequin dress flatters Jana's body so well. The deep v-line neck breaks up the pattern, and shows just enough skin to make the dress less busy. This pattern is definitely a risk that we sure are glad she took! We love to see patterns on the red carpet to spice things up!

Miranda Lambert

This silver blue color is definitely giving us cinderella vibes. Miranda always comes ready to slay the red carpet, and this look does not disappoint. The cut outs, and plunging neck line are so beautiful with the mesh connecting the fabric. The slit shows off her leg, and the train flows so perfectly. We just love everything about this!

Savannah Chrisley

We don't think there was an eye off Savannah with this red carpet look. The fabric on the bodice is so intricate and beautiful. The color is stunning, and we love how the pattern is images of birds! While the dress shows a lot of leg, it covers everything that needs to be covered, and Savannah looks amazing!

Kimberly Perry

Kimberly of The Band Perry, stepped away from her brothers to steal the show with this dress. Channeling her inner tiger, the sequin striped details add a beautiful texture to the nude dress. The shape is very simple, with the deep v-neck, and long sleeves.

Also, we definitely have to note the gold choker. She killed this look.

Eric and Jessie James Decker

Okay, talk about COUPLE GOALS. Eric looks so handsome in a navy tux, with a light yellow tie, we love to see the men playing with a little color. But I mean, who isn't looking at Jessie. We love the sequins that are almost dripping off the dress and add a very playful texture. The dress includes a leotard bottom, and shows off Jessie's amazing figure. They are hot, hot, hot!

Shakira

SHAKIRA, SHAKIRA! This bombshell took to the red carpet in this stunning teal dress, with very unique black netting and cut-out details. This dress stands out in the best way, and is definitely one of the best looks from this year. One of the best parts of this look is the hair. Her long, golden locks give movement to the look, and really tie everything together.

Taylor Swift

I think we all need to take a moment and reminisce on when we were graced by Taylor Swift at every red carpet for the country music world... we miss this girl. This dress is so gorgeous, and definitely one of the most intricate gowns we have seen. There is so much beading happening, with bursts of sequin-lines, and bigger jewels on her chest. Who needs to accessorize when there is a necklace built into your dress! Her sleek bangs and slick pony tail definitely leave all the attention on the dress.
