Maren Morris Gets Engaged!

Country singer Maren Morris got engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Ryan Hurd, this past weekend. On July 9th Morris posted a picture on Instagram showing off her new ring with the caption “Yes.” Morris and Hurd had been dating for a year and a half before their engagement, but their chemistry initially started many years ago in a songwriting room. In 2013, their publishers scheduled the two for a cowrite. That day they ended up writing “Last Turn Home” recorded by country artist Tim McGraw. They not only make great cowriters, but a great couple as well. Congratulations Maren and Ryan!
