Everyone knows that having a celebrity status comes in handy when a person has overstepped the law, and the Shelton-Lambert divorce is a perfect example. According to an Oklamhoma lawyer, Aaron Stiles, Shelton and Lambert have broken the law in their divorce, which was supposedly final on July 20. However, they have requested their case be sealed -- that is, closed off from the public. Normally, this can only be done if there is some compelling reason to do so, and typically only portions of the case are made private. According to The Tennessean, only one document has remained open for viewing. While most people cannot get divorce cases handled this way, Stiles attributes it to their celebrity status, of course.

But really -- we just want them to get back together!
